Babies go to sleep for 5 minutes after 30 of life, children usually sleep at 8pm, some teens sleep at 8pm and some sleep at 9pm or later, and adults sleep at 9pm or later. But you'll know when your tama calls for you to turn off the lights. Hope I helped!
