Usually when there’s something in the background it means an event has started, when it’s done (in real life) it will go away.

They’re Japanese events/celebrations so I’m not sure what this is about.

I thought it was some kind of monster that appeared Then I deduced it was probably a May event. The app's park is also decorated.

Does the On have it too or did they remove it?
