What is tama island?

i have heard people talking about it but what is it? Is it on version three or some mystical version 4? or a different thing altogether? is it on the website?

it was something in the traveling agency on tamatown.com there was an icon there saying "Tama Islane" [a globe sorta thing] everyone clicked on it but it wouldnt load. Now they've taken it off... i think for fixing and getting reading so it would load!
