the first one gives you social skill points, the second one gives you gorgeous points and the third one gives you spiritual skill points.

Mr Turtlepedia (1st teacher) - Intellectual points (pencil)

Ms Flower (2nd teacher) - Arts points (sparkle)

Mr Canvas (3rd teacher) - Social points (flower)
