Weird noise and blinking

okay this could be a comletely stupid question cause i have never seen my tama change stages, or the sound was always off, but anyway just now it turned into a toddler and(ive had my tama for about 2 months) and it may this weird nowise i have never heard and the screen blinked and then BAM it was a toddler...is this normal? or is it a sign my battery is dying or should i jus ignore it until it happens again...? please dont yell if this is normal! jus advice please and

when your tama evolves the screen flashes black and white and makes a beep tune thingy then BAM its evolved its quite normal.

It always does that when they change stages,I like watching mine change to the next stage.
