Webkinz fake phone-number

Okay well when I got my first Webkin,Cream, I forgot my password and username and I clicked "Forgot my password" button and guess what? Webkinz number is fake! When my Grandpa tried they said "Please leave a message-Sorry! You cant send a message. Please call back in the next 24 hrs." And he had to go to Hallmark just to get the real webkinz phone number! <_<

That's a rip-off. Once you get the real number I'd tell them about the mistake.

This is like the downside of the those answering machines, and help lines . Sorry . Hey, their not fake as you said, the lines are probably just buussy.
