Yeah, I saw it before but I was too nervous to install it on my computer because last time I installed some thing like Webfetti there was a virus on my computer.

Oh yeah webfetti's just some program where you can write your name in different fonts.

Webfetti is another chain link from Smiley Central, and SC gives you spyware. Uninstall it.

It wouldn't let me. It would say virus alert! when there was nothing and start installing random virus programs and trying to sell me stuff. It would pop up randomly.
