Wanting to make P's in-game wallapapers for P's owners?

I want to make lovely P's in-game downloadable/transferrable wallpapers for anyone who wants to give their Tamagotchi a stylish flair inside their virtual room. Is there a special program and download program I need to use in order to do this?

You can just make it in MS Paint and save it as a JPEG. However, MS Paint might reduce the quality, so you could try using Gimp instead. It's free to download.
