Visiting the Grandparents on v3

Hi, I'm blackhills - new to tamatalk. This is a very cool site, by the way, and very helpful! I have a problem. I am on my 3rd generation tama, and I am unable to acces the grandparents in Tamatown, or on my Tama? Does anyone know why this is? Can you please tell me how to gain access to the grandparent's? Thank you very much for any input.

You have to go to the Friends icon. Then scroll down until you find the word Family. Enter it. Then scroll down to the word Parents. The second tamagotchi character on the list is your grandparent. Go to the grandparent. Press "B". Keep pressing B until a password appears. Quickly write down the password on a piece of paper. Then go to Tamatown.com. Click the Grandparents house. Enter the password you got from the tamagotchi. Then you will get to go inside. Hope this helped!!
