Vintage (P1/P2) Growth Times?

Hi! I tried searching for this information, but I couldn't find anything ;A; Does anyone know what time Tamagotchis on the P1/P2 evolve?

They typically evolve to the teen stage at 3yo and to an adult at 6yo
