V6 what are the icons on the top of my screen ?

I got a V6 for christmas and i noticed two icons at the top of my screen...and don't know what they are or how to get rid of them. its a book and a speech button...i read the instructions and it didn't say anything about them?

Actually, those are Game/Activity and Door Icons. The Game/Activity lets you do the following:

>Play a game

>Select an Instrument

>Select a Toy

The Door is for "exiting" the "egg." You can go Shopping or to the PC in this way. Sometimes, your TMGC Music Star may beep but not be on the main screen. There is probably a guest at the door.
