V5 Connection Problems

A Few Weeks Ago.. I Was Trying To Marry 2 Of My V5 Tamagotchis. Then All Of A Sudden One Of Them Goes To The Reset Menu. I Thought It Was Just A Mistake. So Then I Tried Again And It Went Back To The Rest Menu. And It Has Been About 3 Weeks Now... And My Tamagotchi Still Does The Same Thhing. Now It Even Does It When I Wanna Connect With Friends. Please Who Ever Reads This PLEASE HELP ME!!

Its probably an error in the tamagotchi. I'd call Bandia customer's service .

I know, its so annoying! I got mine about 5 months ago and the first,like, week it could connect, but ever since, it cant!
