i was in the job select screen, but i didnt choose one and the screen disappeared =O. does that mean my tamagotchi will be forever unemployed?? or will it come up again?

You'll get another [!] mail, then you can select a job. I don't recall exactly how long you have to wait for the next [!] mail. I think it might be about 24 hours.

You will get another [!] mail soon, and next time don't teck to long or you could miss the job section again you need to have at least 80+ in a certain catorgry to be in with a better chance of getting a good job!

I found it was more like 3-5 hours.

My last generation of Tamagotchi was unemployed its entire life due to my lazy butt Poor thing.
