If you want your V3s to bet 200 or 400 points for a connecting game then donate more than 5000 points to the King and then connect your tamas together.
Tips:
Both tamas have to donate 5000 or more points
They have to be V3s

Here's two tips on when you'll get the Matchmaker.
1. After your tama has had a job and has had a job for 24 hours then put it to sleep and wake it up.
Repeat 2 times.
Then, set the time to 10:29am and wait a minute
OR
check if you can use the heart card for secret characters (if you have it). If you can say No then do the above.
2. If your Entama gets a job when it's 15 then the next day the Matchmaker will come.
Worked for me. *shrugs*
