Here is my chart of when the Tamagotchi characters sleep!

BABYTCHI (GIRL) and BABYTCHI (BOY)

They will take a 5 minute nap around 35 minutes after hatchment.

MARUTCHI

8:00pm to 8:00am.

KINAKOMOTCHI

8:00pm to 9:00am.

ICHIGOTCHI and YANGU MIMITCHI

8:00pm to 9:00am

HINOTAMATCHI and ONIONTCHI

9:00pm to 10:00am

MAMETCHI and MIMITCHI

9:00pm to 8:00am

KUCHIPATCHI and MEMETCHI

10:00pm to 9:00am

TARAKOTCHI

10:00pm to 8:00am

ROBOTCHI and HANATCHI (presumably, never had Hanatchi)

9:00pm to 9:00am

MASKTCHI (Masukutchi Japanese Plus) and GOZARUTCHI

11:00pm to 10:00am

OJITCHI and OTOKOTCHI

8:00pm to 7:00am

OYAJITCHI UNKNOWN

If you have a v2 or v3... this chart tells you what level your character is... if your character is say, Mimiyoritchi, and you see it goes to bed at 10:00pm and wakes up at 8:00am, you'll find Mimiyoritchi is Tarakotchi level

Oh and another thing.. the v2/v3 trick doesn't work for Kurokotchi, who goes to bed at 10:15pm and wakes up at 10:00am.

Correct... except one thing. Having had only one Masktchi, and never having payed attention to when he went to bed, I shouldn't know. However, 90% of the adults in my school got Masktchi, and they go to bed at 10:15. Just to let you know, same with Gozarutchi.
