ugh what happened?! i took such good care of them!

both of my v2s turned into adults just now and even though i took good care of both of them they turned into a whaletchi and tarakotchi! those are like the 2 ugliest ones

how can i not get them in the future?

Tips to get a good character:

Fill the training bar (wait every 3 hours)

Always turn off the lights while they sleep

Play games and maintain its proper weight

Feed them every hour (at teen stage)

Always fill their hungry and happy hearts w/o misses!

at teen stage, your tama loses 1 hungry and happy heart every 1 hour

hungry and happy hearts has a total of 6 not only 4! (two hidden hearts)
