UFOtchi...Todder wasn't over 35lbs

I don't really understand how this happened. I was trying to get a Mametchi again through perfect play. My toddler was at 10lbs when it evolved in perfect play and yet it evolved into UFOtchi...Any reason why this happened?

I honestly thought UFOtchi was only available once the toddler evolved over 35lbs in weight :T Or is there something I"m missing
