A few days later, Derek and the staff at Hope recieved horrible news.
"I've had alot of good times here at Hope, but my husband has gotten a job elsewhere. I am leaving Hope Hospital, effective immediantly.", Mary confessed.
"B-But, who will assist me?" Derek pondered.
"Oh, don't worry, Mary has found a replacement for you. Mary was supposed to train her today at 2pm, but we were assured she knows what she does", Greg said.
Derek was alittle uncomfortable with the idea of a replacement, but those thoughts would soon be nothing but the past. It was 2pm later in the day, but the replacement hasn't shown up yet.
"Hmm... she should be here by now. I'm worried, I need to start moving my things in two hours", Mary said.
"You know what traffic is like in Angeles Bay at this time", Greg reassured.
Tap, tap tap, a beautiful woman with long, blonde hair walked in holding a pile of papers.
"H-Hi, I'm Mary's replacement. Sorry I took so long, when I was driving here someone got hit by a truck. I assisted him to the hospital, and stayed until he was transferred to St. Francis. It also takes awhile to fill out paperwork, so yeah! By the way, I'm Angie"
"It sounds like you've had a rough day. It's nice to meet you, I guess you have some more paperwork to do if you will assist Derek tomorrow", Mary said.

Derek was getting ready for his first surgery with Angie by his side. He was nervous, but confident he could give her a good impression.
