Ok i have a picture, and i want to upload it to become my avatar, and i set it under .gif, and its not working! why wont it work? it says your not allowed to upload personal pictures, but ive seen some people on this website do it before!

Make sure it's no larger than 20 KB.. I had that problem.

I'm pretty sure you're allowed to upload your own personal avatar, because they give an option to do it.. and I've done it.

When it says "Or Click Here If You Do Not Wish To Wait", don't click it or it won't work! Usually this is the problem. You have to wait for the new avatar to appear.

Sorry, but that's not it. If it says, Thanks, your uploaded avatar has been choosen (or the like) you have done it correctly and you can press 'Click here if you don't want to wait'. But I think that your avatar you wanted is too big, try to take anther one which is smaller.
