this is a tale of a trgic event and those who would rather read about a happy little elf should look somewhere else. even as i type this it brings tears to my eyes... just kidding this is something u might see in one of lemony snickets books "a series of unfortunate events" i was curious on wht other people thought about lemony snicket. i think he is an interesting person yet he's very mysterious and he's always speaking of the negatives about a situation.

so i would like to know wht u think of lemony snicket and if u liked the "a series of unfortunate events" movie. :(   :)

The movies starting is hilarious. When I saw the movie in theatres I was pretty much on my side, laughing really hard.

I love the book series to. :(

have u noticed that in the movie that it only shows things from books 1-3 (a bad begining, the reptile room and the wide window)

p.s.

im just about finished the second book i have 2 more chapters left

Yeah, I noticed. I hope they make another movie of four five and six!

I stopped after the Erestatz (Sp?) elevator.

I can't beileve they already wrote the last book!

ya i cant wait to read it

I love them! I'm on the last one, but it's pretty boring, so I keep putting off reading it. Me and my friends have a lot of jokes revolving around A Series of Unfortunate Events. One of them is this weird product my friend made up that she calls "Baudelaire Bobbleheads." They're basically just bobbleheads with the characters of a Series of Unfortunate Events on them. We always draw them on our schoolpapers and stuff, it's good for a laugh. We also made up a commercial for them. Also, have you ever heard of those donuts called Dunkn (sp?) donuts? Well, me and Stephanie made up Duncan donuts! We made up a commercial for that too.

Duncan Donut commercial:

*Isadora's singing*

It doesn't matter if you're in the desert..in the ocean...in outer space...in the city, in the country, you gotta have a fat, delicious, creamy, Duncan Donut!

*Duncan walks in*

"They're named after me!"

Isadora: "Are not!"

Duncan: "Are too!"

*They start fighting*

*Quigley walks in*

Quigley: They're named after me.

Isadora: But that makes no sense, you're name's Quigley!

Quigley: So? They're still named after me.

*They start fighting again*

Isadora: Okay, let's Do this: They're as fat as Duncan -

Duncan: Hey, but the donuts are fat!

Isadora: EXAXCTLY! They have as many brains in them as Quigley has -

Quigley: Hey, but the donuts don't have any brains!

IsadoraL Exactly my points once again.. And they have MY sweetness!

Duncan: *thumbs up* I'm good with that!

So yeah, I picture Duncan to be horribly obese, Isadora a stuck-up brat, and Quigley, kind of stupid. I know, they're not. But I picture them like that anyway. :(

I started to read them, but stopped.

Just kinda was the same to me.

Always getting worse and worse...

The movie was too funny for the seriousness of the books though. :/

i finished book 1-3 and now im half way through the 2nd chapter in the 4th book (the miserable mill)

It's funny how he tells you that you really don't want to read the book on the back. Probably just to make you want to read it. Because you'd wonder what's so terrible about the book.
