Marco and David gasped. 'But... but.. Well... can't we have a bit longer?' Marco asked the doctor desperate for some kind of sympathy. The doctor for the third time, shook his head. 'She won't last more than three days without treatment.' Once again, the boys sighed. 'I'll play with Sally and you play with Milly,' Marco explained as the doctor went out of the room to talk to one of the nurses. 'But I'm old!' David screamed, 'I probably won't survive for more than a year!' Marco patted David on the back. 'It will all be ok, just try,' he whispered. They looked down at the pale faced girl who was once a Maidtchi but looked more like a UFOgotchi after being taken ill. Blood streamed from her forehead and the wires and pins stuck into her, sweated with hot damp water. 'It's a shame she can't hear us,' Marco said. David returned the favour and patted Marco on the back. 'Lets get to work,' he said, we've got points to earn.
