John opened his eyes. He sat up and looked at his alarm clock. 9:30 A.M. Why didn't it go off? John thought to himself. He always got up at 7:00 A.M. He quickly brushed his teeth and went downstairs.
Everything was dark. He wondered where everyone was. Then, his friends and family jumped out of their hiding places. "SURPIRSE!!!" They yelled. There was John's parents, Miley,who was now a Masktchi,Sarah, John's girlfriend and a memetchi. There was also John's younger brother, Sam, a young mametchi, and Jake, a Gozarutchi.
John smiled at his friends, forgeting about the curse for a second. Sarah ran up to John. "Johny pooh! Happy birthday!" And with that she hugged him. John sighed. "Don't call me that..."
Miley smiled at John and Sarah. She was only one who knew about the curse. She was detirmined to help John.
Jake walked up and gave John a high five. "I wish you a happy day, Man."
"I want cake!" Babbled Sam.
"I do think it's time for cake," Agreed John's mom.
They had a fun day. It had to be the best birthday John ever had. When everyone went home, except for Miley, it started to get dark. Then John remebered.
"Miley!" Shouted John. "Yes?" asked Miley. He whispered to Miley. "Oh! What are we gonna do?"
"Let's tell my parents Jake forgot something, and we're going to his house to return it."
"Okay." Miley agreed.
"Mom?"
"Yes, honey?"
"Jake forgot something, so me and Miley are gonna go return it to him."
"Okay, be careful."
"We will."
And with that, Jake and Miley ran out into the dark.
"The full moon.....is rising...."Whispered Jake."Miley, I want you to go home. You could get hurt."
"No! I can't leave you!"
"I'll be fine...just...go..home....goodbye Miley....." And with that, Jake transformed into a wolf, a fully black one, with shining eyes. He ran into the dark.
Miley walked home slowly. She fished out the key to her house. When she was turning it in the lock, she heard a growl. She got scared, ran inside, jumped into her bed and hid under the covers. She slowy drifted to sleep.
