I never thought that looking after a Tama would be such hard work!
First of all it beeped when ever I tried to do something. It needed to be fed every hour with out warning. And the name SANTA didn't seem to be helping it along one bit!
"I guess I'm just going to have to put up with the plinky-plinky beep-beep noise!" sighed Mum, flopping into her armchair.
I ignored her. I know Mum can't stand them and she's regreting giving me one but I was so over-thrown with joy I hadn't notice recently!
As soon as the fourth day came I was up at 6, watching it, though it wouldn't be waking up till 8 and then it would go back to sleep till 10am.
"What are you doing, you daft berk?!" said Katie, as the slipped out from under the duvet.
"Waiting!" I said.
"For what?"
"Never you mind!"
"It's one of those Tama's, isn't it?"
"Maybe!"
"I had five of those once! Heaps more than you, Cady!" Katie boasted.
I tried to punch her but the Tama made that wierd noise it makes when it envolves, so I spun around.
It spun on the spot in that wierd way and then it was...
"A santa?" I said, surprised.
"What?" asked Katie. "WOW! A santa claus! That's never happened to mine! Lets go and tell Mum!"
We both gallopped down the stairs like loons, both shouting for Mum.
