Yeah. The box has the requirements on it. The site should too.
yeah, i read the box and that. and it said you needed 1.5GD of RAM, except i have windows vista basic and i only have 1GD RAM. could i still play it even if i dont have that? because i was going to upgrade to windows ultimate because it has 3GB RAM but i just didnt know if it was worth it because it costs 200 quid.

I've never heard of GD so I can't be sure o.o; My gut tells me probably not.

The most you could do is try it and see if it works, if not you can always uninstall it. My guess is if it DOES work, it'll run really slowly

Depends on where you buy it and if you save your receipt xP

Some places will allow trade-ins too.

My computer apparently wouldn't be able to run it, at all, so I installed it anyway and it works fine. The system requirements lab thing gave me a fail. They fail, it runs fine. I have vista basic unfortunately.

i dont no, i dont know whether ill take any chances

Don't take any chances. You are obviously cautious about it.

Why not go into the shop, tell them what you have and ask the sales staff if you could run it with 1GB of RAM.

If they say yes, ask if they think it would run really slow and if they can think of any other problems your computer might cause for the program.

If the sales assistant doesn't know, ask to speak to the manager.

Once you get your answers (and if you are about to buy it) the final question is "Can I bring it back if I install it and it won't run?" - find out what the returns policy is.

Shops are really useful places to find info about the game you are buying (even if you end up buying it on Amazon).
