well one day i was playin' with my tama, sheeq, when the screen

went blank. i hit the back of it like normal (i'll explain later)

an' it went beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee...

and no 'p'. so i took the battery out then put it back in.

beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee...

it waz BROKEN!!

i still have the empty egg, im so depressed, i cried all night.

should i sue the place i got it from (wolworths), 'cause i do'nt

remember a time that it was'nt broken.

No need to sue, just buy another, but not from the place you got your last one

Most, if not all stores will give you a replacement if you show them the receipt and the broken toy. The store can't control the quality of each individual unit, so it doesn't matter /where/ you buy it from (well, you should pick a place with a reasonable return policy, at least).
