The Peter Pan Glitch, and What it is?

Ever since my on got some random unknown food glitch, I've been researching for answers.
The only thing I saw when I searched it up, was how adult Tamagotchi's hate rice, and Peter Pan glitch.

I don't know what the Peter Pan Glitch DOES or what it IS, but if you guys know please tell me what it is, and how to avoid it.

The Peter Pan glitch commonly occurred with Tamagotchi ON and Tamagotchi Meets (they are the same btw).

It prevents a young tamagotchi from growing to adult and pretty much the tamagotchi will be stuck forever if the player doesn’t reset the device.

Thanks for telling me. I've never experienced that. The only thing that has happened to me that's related is it didn't evolve the day it was supposed to, then woke me up the next day in the morning by evolving
