The "pet" rumor?

Ive heard this rumor, and the rumor is:

You keep your tama in the costume and let its hearts go down. And then a screen will pop up and say "Pet?" and you select "yes" and your tama will have its own tama!

Is it true?

Hmmm, I've heard this rumour for a few sources, I'm not too sure it works, no offence or anything. I'll try it though, if I can get a Mimitchi that is. I'll tell you guys if it works. Lol.
