Ive never seen someone getting a non-shop Jewellery piece via bumping or the Dream Town website.

So far I have only reached 32/60. Most of that came from connecting via BBF Bump. I was wondering this same thing. According to Wesley, it looks like you have to reach certain characters for them to get unlocked.
