For I have read so many questions about when the Tamatown will be updated, and some made a topic that it's now updated, I emailed the Bandai to ask when will the Tamatown be updated, here's the reply I received in Yahoo Mail.

We're sorry you are frustrated during your visits to Tamatown. We can't give any exact dates for completion of any given area but are working hard to bring them up to date just as we did on all the areas that are already available.
