Tamatown password

ok, my brother has a new v4. we went to tamatown, and entered all of the info correctly, but the site wouldn't let him on. we've tried over and over again, but it won't work!!

what if your username is only 4 letters long? to you put a space or just leave it? he's tried with and without a space.

Please Help!!

I don't think it really matters...

0s and Ds are easy to mix up and so are 8s and Bs.

It wouldn't be the name- but it could be that you are putting in the password wrong. As dancinkayley said- numbers and letters are hard to distinguish.

As most of the members said, it is the passwords. Os do not exist, but 0's do.
