ok to clear the confusion, yes tamagotchis can have kids (great idea huh?)! and no you don't need to connect to other tamagotchis to have kids. there is a character named mrs. busybody who will appear 2-3 days after your tama has become an adult. she'll bring a partner and ask if your tama wants love. if you select yes then fireworks will go off and a baby will appear by your adult. if you want to connect and have babies, you have to keep connecting untill 4 hearts show up in the friend section under that tamagotchis name. then both tamagotchis have to be 2-3 day adults. you'll connect them and badda bing badda boom, fireworks will go off and two tamagotchis will appear on your screen. one will go to the mommy and one to the daddy. the baby will stay with the parent for 2 or 3 nights. at midnight on the last night the parent is present, the parent will get up, look at its baby for the last time before disapearing, leaving you to look after the new baby. when the baby wakes up you get to name it and start all over again with a new generation! i hope this cleared up your confusion!!!
