No, all the babies will be different EXCEPT...
If you marry, say, Mametchi and Chantochi then they will have two of the same babies, because they are the Mame family.

Anyway yeah v5s can have twins but only if they marry a Tama from the same family like violetchilluvr3 said.

Technicaly No Becuase They Always Change Into Diferent Characters And Its Imposible To Have 2 Of The Same Gender Unlesss You Are Getting The Kuchipa Family Or Memetchi Family
