So I have just uncovered my old tamagotchi, a v4. Now that tamatown has closed down, is there any possible way to get codes for the things it used to offer?

Unfortunately there is no way to get the Tamatown exclusive items anymore. However there are still some codes and passwords that you can enter:

I'd recommend looking at the links Tamaninjacat posted. Awhile ago someone was trying to run the tamatown via cached web pages through the wayback machine, but I don't think that'd help.
