Tamagotchi v4.5 family history

I couldn't find a solution to this problem so i hope to find it here.

When i had 4 gen i wanted to view family history but i couldn't i thought that i maybe need higher generation to view it.

But now im on 7 gen and it's still unavailable...

I remember that when I played this tamagotchi last year i had another family and i could view family history on 4 gen.

Help me please!!

Family history is usually the second option (below friends) under the notebook icon.

I see parents and history but when i click history it beeps that it's unavailable

Hm, I think it's the Parents option you want - History is usually for tamas that died.

Strange. Last year i was on gen 5 and i could see tama in gen 1 by pressing history icon

Does the Parents option currently work? Or is it still not letting you view them?

I can view them but only last 3

Yes, that's normal. Unfortunately you can only go so far back. When TamaTown still existed, you could use the password generated in the Parents section to visit your parents and grandparents.
