If you feel comfortable with buying one over the internet you could do so. eBay have quite good prices.

Hmmm....I don't know if it will ever be released, but if you want one you can buy them off eBay if you want.

I don't really know, because the v4 is released in some countries and the v4 is coming in just a couple of months for Americans.

So, like I said, if your parents feel comfortable with it, you can get one off of eBay.
