Tamagotchi update

Hello,

I am new to this forum. I was wondering if there would ever be available online, due to the fact that they are infrared, updates able to be downloaded to load onto the tamagotchi's, to update the older version of tamagotchi?

Not sure if this is possible, or if its been asked yet, but i thought i would ask.

Not at the current date, but I'm sure Bandai will look into it! That would be so awesome if we could download stuff from the internet onto our tamagotchis...

That would be sweet, but how could you use infrared to connect to a computer?...

I have a laptop with infrared on it, so i could connect up the tamagotchi to the laptop, like you would with another tamagotchi.

This would be after you have downloaded the update onto the laptop/computer. You can get infrared accessories for computers.

Maybe there'd be a little stand that you put your Tama on that connects to your computer! And you could like breed with other peoples Tamagotchis a round the world!! That would be sooooo cool!!! It would probably be expensive, though...

Yeah, I think that's the main issue... cost, and not enough people would probably have the money for that thing since most of the Tamagotchi consumers are young teens. (young teens = no jobs = parents give them money = not a lot of money)

lol the money circle:

parents => young adults => store clerks => their kids => some other store clerk....etc.

I acually am 12 (turned it today) and I make 15-20$ a week. I have 2 jobs =D

I was heard using infrared and those stuff on the comp(uter) causes viruses which is sad.
