テレビアニメ『たまごっち！』2009年10月12日スタート！毎週月曜日夜7時からテレビ東京系にて放送！

You would think that after 2 years of Tamagotchi The Movies, there was going to be a third movie this year!? Will your WRONG, this year… there is going to be a TAMAGOTCHI TV SHOW!!!!!!!!

The show is just called たまごっち! (TAMAGOTCHI!), but I think there is more to the title than Tamagotchi. Also the show will open in Japan on 12/10/2009! We will find out more about this show in time.

Will anyway, Mametchi, Memetchi, Kuchipatchi, Chamametchi, Kikitchi, Haphapitchi, and Kuromametchi are on the show as will. Also there is going to be a NEW character pop star called ラブリっち (Lovelitchi) and the show is a Tamagotchi TV show on Tamagotchi Planet, LOL! Mametchi is one of the stars on Tamagotchi show as will. Will…. The show is just like the Tamagotchi Music Star, so we might see Dazzilitchi and Dreamitchi on the show as will! Also more, the show is going to run for 7 weeks “I think”!? I can’t really read Japanese that will!?

Like the show, there is going to be a DS game based on the show! All the 8 games like the cooking show on the Tamagotchi The TV Show are on the DS game! You can be only two characters, Mametchi or Lovelitchi on the game, to battle it out. To be the No1 Star on Tamagotchi TV! I don’t know much, but it sounds like a REALLY FUN GAME! The game is released on 5/11/2009 in Japan!

I did some researching on ラブリっち(Lovelitchi), but most of it is in Japanese. The only thing I found in English about her was this “Introducing an idol version of the popular Tamagotchi game” and TV show.

In Japan,

Tamagotchi The TV Show will release on TV, on the 12th this month. Also the DS game will release on 5th, next month.

Sorry to tell you, it's sad but it might be true, Bandai has said things over the past few weeks that have lead us to believe that we might never see the Tamagotchi V6.5. But if we do, that would be a neat character to include.

Recently, another Tamagotchi TV anime was announced, called Tamagotchi! (たまごっち!). It is set to air in October 2009. The airing channel has not been specified yet. Other foreign releases for this anime have not been announced.

According to the sheet, the new television anime series will simply be called Tamagotchi!. It will premiere at the beginning of October, but the timeslot has not been determined. Each episode will have two 15-minute, self-contained stories. The stories will follow the daily lives of the Tamagotchi and feature new characters and settings. Various new toys aimed at girls are slated to also appear in October, followed by a new software for the Nintendo DS game console in November. That same month, the Japanese McDonald's fast-food restaurant chain will offer Tamagotchi! Happy Sets, which are the equivalent of Happy Meals in North America.

Just because Japan is getting a second batch of Tamagotchi Happy Set toys doesn't mean that we're getting Tamagotchi Happy Meal toys here in the States. We didn't get the first set, did we? Not trying to be a worry wart, but I hope we do eventually get the McDotchi treatment so to speak.

Lovelitchi is a cute new character, almost reminds me of what Japan would have done for a secret character had they been in charge of the Music Star. I still need to get a Dreamitchi for my nephew anyway, so I'm a bit behind as far as that goes.

Yes this is happening! They did the same in the Philippines, when Tamagotchi The Movie 2 was out in theatres in Japan. I’m not surprised because this happens a lot around the world, and now it is happening in North America!

I really don't get what you mean. But the show will run for 7 weeks, and then goes to the next country, after the next country. But also don’t worry, the English version will not be long, Madman is making the English Version for the Tamagotchi The Movie 2. So it will not be really long till we see, Tamagotchi The TV Show in English. :kuribotchi:

I'm not 100% sure, but I think they are. Why wouldn't they, it is the English home to Tamagotchi.

It is! Madman is making the English version to Tamagotchi The Movie 2 at the moment. After that, they will make the English version to Tamagotchi The TV Show! So it won't be that long till we see it in English!!!
