You have to buy the film. Its illegal to download films from the internet. At one time it was posible to watch on youtube but i think bandai made a copy-right claim. If I was you, I would buy it. Its only cheap from ebay and other places.

Actually, with how low it's been, I don't even know if Bandai US is dubbing the 2nd movie or not. Plus, "the third movie" is not real. Just a fake someone decided to post on Wikipedia (I can't see why the rumor's still going around, seriously...).
