After looking around, I noticed some parts of the manual weren't translated/clearly understood. I have some extra time on my hands, so I'll translate some of the pages. I'll start off by typing up parts of the page and translating the sentences individually with captions coming last.

あなたのクラスにいる生徒が、教室を歩き回るよ！
In your class, students walk around the classroom
生徒が教室にいる状態でCボタンを押すと、いろいろなリアクションをするよ！
If you press C while the students are in the classroom (when the Tamagotchi is idle they are walking across the screen), you will see many reactions
生徒が喜ぶと「人気」（＝＞８ページ）がUPするよ！
Student popularity (page 8) will go up when they are delighted
よびかけサイン ＜＜＜生徒たちがあなたに質問などをするよ！
*hand* Attention sign <<<Students will ask you questions
生徒が質問などで呼びかけてきたり （よびかけサイン *hand* 点灯！）、A十字ボタン、B・Cボタンを押して応えてあげてね。
When the students have a question (hand sign *hand* lit up), use the A-pad and the B/C buttons to answer
（応答のしかたは、よびかけサインのそれぞれのせつめいぺージを見てね。）
When responding, read the pages of the question
よびかけサイン点灯中にちゃんと応答しないと、良いクラスにはできないよ。
If you do not respond correctly to the question, it will not be a good class.
こまめに生徒をケアして、元気な良いクラスにしよう！
These diligent students will make a good class
＊人気が０の状態でも、よびかけサインが点灯するよ。
With a popularity status of 0, the hand sign will be lit
その時は、ゲームなどをして人気をUPさせてね。
In those times, playing games will raise the popularity.
