Tamagotchi P's Melody Land

Soon I may be the new owner of a Tamagotchi P, Melody land. I have no clue whatsoever what they do! All I know, is that it looks like the ID L but with a Pierce on it. Please help me! ^_^ let me know as much as you can!!
