Tamagotchi P's Melody Land Set Advice

I am looking at buying my first color tama, and from the advice I have received on here I am looking at the P's since we can patch it to English, plus it has the little Pierces to add on fun things. I found this one called the Melody Land Set, but it has a different background. What I am wondering if that just comes up when the pierce is in use, or if that tama is a different edition or something. Thank you!

The Melody Land Set is just like any regular P's just that its color is slightly different because it's a mixture of pink and purple. It also comes with the Melody Land pierce.

What about the background though? In the stock photo it shows a rainbow background. Is that something that just comes up when the pierce is in use?

You can get the background from the Melody Land pierce. So long as you have the pierce you can get that BG
