For Christmas I got my first colour tama, the P's.
It's a second-hand one from eBay.
Everything's been ok for the first 5 days or so, I put it on my desk and went to sleep, and when I woke up, the sound was really low.
I haven't knocked it over or dropped it so I have no idea how this happened.
I figured it was low battery but everything else was working perfectly fine, so I waited until the low battery screen popped up, which it did a few hours later.
I put fresh Duracell AAA's into it and when it came back on the sound was still low, if not worse.
I searched up on here if anyone else had the same problem and someone said to tighten the screws, I tried that and it didn't work.
Next I completely took out the screws and opened it up to check the wires and stuff, I blew into it gently just in case of dust or dirt, and screwed it all back up, it improved the sound a tiny bit but it's still not as loud as it could be.
I'm not really sure what to do now. :/
