Tamagotchi On sleep and growth timeline

I just received my Tamagotchi On on Thursday as a birthday present and today while I was babysitting my cousin decided to rip my instructions. I was wondering if anyone knows the sleep and wake times and when the characters go through the different stages. I've had a tamagotchi for years but it seems different than some of the others. I'm trying to see if I can get a replacement instructions sheet.

They usually wake up around 7am.

When it’s time for bed it depends on what stage of growth your tamagotchi is in. 

In toddler & teenage stages, they will go to bed at 8pm. If your tama is an adult they will be in bed around 9:30 if I remember correctly.
