Tamagotchi On App Won't Work! Help!

Heya! As the title says, my tamagotchi won't connect with the app. The weirdest part about it is that it works on my brother's IPad, but not on my phone. Help please? Thank you!

make sure that the devices are next to each other and Bluetooth is on.

They are, but they're still not working...

check if the app is updated otherwise I think there might be a problem with the phone

It's updated... I probably will just have to use my brother's IPad.

Is there some people outside of US/Canada that use the app? If yes how? I download the akp of the app and it works for weeks. But now the app ask my location and don't connect anymore. Why Bandai is blocking the app in europe?​

I am using the American version of the app in Europe without problems.

Do you have both Bluetooth and location turned on? My Android won't connect unless both are on.
