Tamagotchi On - Accessing other towns

How do you access other towns? I can't manage to do that.

You need to go to the “ship” icon to be able to travel to different locations. Check this website for more guides on how to unlock the locations.

I think you're talking about locked locations (i.e. when they look like this "?????????????" and won't open)

They should unlock when you complete certain actions.
