[Tamagotchi Music Star] Rhett corrupted himself and has now reset?

What happened was that he went out with his bandmates to do an audition, and when he came back, his sprites started glitching out into an egg (plus some messed up Petitchi sprites) and was fully playable. His sprites were messed up into hatching sprites and Petitchi sprites, and even an angel egg (when the Tama dies) when he was jumping on the screen. I even looked at his info and it said he was 3 years old and his sprite was an egg. His Tamagotchi name happened to be Petitchi, too. His closeup C-Click Reaction was messed up as well.

Did it just reset on me? o.o

Because I just set everything and it went back to the hatching screen. And now I pressed Download (as I reset) and now it's doing the hatching sequence.

I re-entered the data it had previously and now he's not even a Tarakotchi anymore. He's back to a Petitchi and now the band is gone too.

What kind of witchcraft was that? o.o

Also, another thing that creeps me out is that he still has the Drum Set and the Bass Drum, plus the train and the Tamagotchi and also a new toy, which was a helicopter. I could've sworn that wasn't meant to happen.

Woah what a crazy glitch! I've never heard of this happening before... Is everything back to normal or is it still acting weird? If it does this again you might want to try opening up your tama and cleaning it out (but wait and see if it happens again before opening it).

Yeah, it's acting normal after I entered in the previous data it had when it did a glitchy reset. I'm guessing it's the battery because I did use my V5's almost dead battery to start it.

Rhett decided to take up the form of a Kuribotchi this time after the reset.

Interesting. Every tama responds differently to batteries with low power, so maybe this is a new Music Star glitch?

Yeah, like a new Low Battery glitch or something. I guess I was the first one to experience it. It kinda scared me when it started because I didn't know why Rhett took the form of an egg and was fully playable in that form at all. I should have kept him like that so he can get married and have corrupted children. XD

I swear that is like the P1/P2 Egg glitch, where your character takes the form of an egg and is fully playable without freezing.
