The Tamagotchi Mini (or Chibi Tamagotchi in Japan) is a smaller Tamagotchi, approx. 66% of the size of the original Tamagotchi.

A Tamagotchi Mini is a mini Tamagotchi (4 cm to be exact) like the ones from 1990 or 1997. They come out in the fall but can be bought earlier if you pre-order it. If you pre-order it, it will come out in July. It can fit practically anywhere because it's so small and that makes carrying it alot easier. it comes with accessories for boys AND girls so Tamagotchi Mini isn't just for girls (even the Tamagotchi Connection). They will sell for $8.00 or $10.00. they do not have IR Connection but what does that matter? It's still a Tamagotchi so why not start a collection? I know that you'll like it because it's a TAMAGOTCHI!

it does beep, it IS a real tamagotchi, and there is no screensaver. I'm sorry I am bad at typing THE TAMAGOTCHI MINI is the accessory but it is an AMAZING keychain. Where did you come up with the idea of making a keychain virtual pet Bandai?

The icons are health meter, praise/discipline, food, game, light, bathroom, hospital, and attention.

The Tamagotchi Mini, Tamagotchi Connection, Tamagotchi P1, Tamagotchi P2, and Tamagotchi Connection Version 2 is for boys AND girls because if you go on www.ToyWiz.com and type in Tamagotchi Mini it will say Boy and Girl. Also, for the Tamagotchi Connection the boy colors are Black, Devil's Tail, Orange with Sparkles and stickers, green with Matrix, Orange with yellow bursts, and so much more.

It's a low-resolution miniature tamagotchi with different characters than the original P1 and P2. It cannot connect, but it has very similar game play to that of the original tamagotchi.
