Ultimate Tamagotchi Index

I'm hoping this hasn't been done before, I haven't found anything like this, but if it has.. then gosh this is embarrassing. Anyways, I've had this idea of making a complete index of Tamagotchi models, versions, and designs. This will be a big help for collectors if you're goal is to have a complete collection, you'll be able to look at this as a reference for what you need in order to complete your Tamagotchi collection.

And here's where you come in:
It's super easy, really. Simply fill out the following form with the Tamagotchis you own. Feel free to add others as well if you're up to it.
Model Name: (Generation one, Generation two, Tamagotchi Connection, etc)
Release Date: (What year it was released.)
Version: (V1, V2, V3, etc.)
Color/Designs: (Colors and patterns of your Tamagotchi)
Special Edition: (If it's not a special edition, then please leave this blank)
Picture:(A photo of the tamagotchi model is strongly requested, but not necessary if you don't have or can't find one.)
I'll be going through the posts, gathering, and organizing all the different models and designs. Once all or most have been added, I'll make a new topic called "Ultimate Tamagotchi Index" which will hopefully be stickied somewhere for everyone to find easier

If by some chance you've found a previous index like this, please link me. I have already checked the Bandai website, Tamagotchi releases wiki (although it may have all or most of the models, it does not list all of the different colors and designs or have any photos of most of the models which would be very important to know if you're looking to collect them all), I have also Googled it. I haven't found anything, or at least nothing complete. I've also gone through this forum and haven't found anything. If I've missed it though, please don't get upset with me and say I haven't looked.. I really have.
Please keep in mind this is strictly BANDAI Tamagotchi virtual pets. Any Tamagotchis listed that are not from Bandai will not be included in this index.
