Tamagotchi iD L Connecting

On my Tamagotchi iD L I really want to know what this message means. When you go to the top right hand corner where the connecting sign is there are many options. Go to the very first option. There should then be 4 options. When you click the very last one is comes up with a message that says something with a ! I don't understand Japanese and I would really like some help. Thank you!

When you select the connection icon (which looks like a heart with "waves); these are the options in order:

• Tamagotchi iD L (when you select iD L, below are the sub-options
  - Play
  - Send/receive items
  - Take pictures
  - Propose
  
• Tamagotchi iD
  
• Tamagotchi Plus Color
  
• Download
  
• Dock (this is for special connecting stations in Japan)
  

When the iD L is connecting, the hearts will turn red; if there's a problem, they will turn blue.

I assume it's saying something to the effect of "Your Tama is too young to marry!" or something like that.

I'll try that again when my Tama's baby is born. Mine's currently an adult so I'm not seeing any messages. I'll translate it for you when I see it.

Violetchilluvr3 is correct. When you select "Propose" and your tama is at a young age, it simply says "You cannot make a proposal yet!".
