Tamagotchi ID download help

Alright well I am not sure if someone posted this or not or if everyone just knows it as it seems everyone does all the time...((off topic)the smilise arnt working!)

For downloading stuff to the tamagotchi ID if it doesnt work just change the name to somthing like "this1.jpg" becouse we tried them with their long original names and it never worked but we changed them to something like that and it works!!!

I guess it depends on your phone. My phone doesn't have any problem with long file names, however it doesn't like any filenames that use Japanese characters.
